Ingredients
For the jamaician bananas
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 bananas — sliced however you like
- ¼ cup raw sugar
- ⅓ cup rum
Method
For the jamaician bananas
- Melt the butter in a large pan.
- Add the bananas and pan-fry for 1–2 minutes to get a little colour on them.
- Sprinkle with the raw sugar and cook for a further 2 minutes to caramelise.
- Add the rum and cook for 1 minute.
