A fast dish with a delicious combination of flavours. Serve with Sesame Noodles (see recipe page 68).
Ingredients
For the lamb cutlets with honey & sesame glaze
- 8 double lamb cutlets
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the HONEY & SESAME GLAZE
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic — crushed
Method
For the lamb cutlets with honey & sesame glaze
- To make the Honey & Sesame Glaze, combine all the ingredients in a small bowl or jug.
- Season the lamb cutlets with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the lamb cutlets until golden brown and done to your liking.
- Add the Honey & Sesame Glaze and cook for a further 1 minute to heat through.
