Ingredients

For the lamb cutlets with honey & sesame glaze

  • 8 double lamb cutlets
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the HONEY & SESAME GLAZE

  • 1⁄4 cup honey
  • 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic — crushed

Method

For the lamb cutlets with honey & sesame glaze

  • To make the Honey & Sesame Glaze, combine all the ingredients in a small bowl or jug.
  • Season the lamb cutlets with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the lamb cutlets until golden brown and done to your liking.
  • Add the Honey & Sesame Glaze and cook for a further 1 minute to heat through.
