Ingredients
For the maple-miso dijon salmon
- 4 fillet pieces skinless, boneless salmon
- 1⁄4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon white miso paste
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic — crushed
Method
For the maple-miso dijon salmon
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan bake). Line an oven dish with baking paper.
- Place the salmon in the prepared dish.
- Combine all the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Brush over the salmon.
- Roast for about 10 minutes.
