Ingredients
- 250g small tomatoes – quartered
- ¼ red onion – thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic – crushed
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, to serve
Method
- Place the tomatoes, onion, garlic and garlic salt in a bowl or jar.
- Combine the oil, vinegar, lemon juice and pepper in a small bowl or jug.
- Pour the oil mixture over the tomato mixture and decorate with basil.
