Ingredients

  • 6 slices toast bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 300g can creamed corn
  • 3 cups grated tasty cheese
  • 3 slices ham – finely diced
  • 1 small onion – finely diced

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan bake).
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Arrange the bread on the prepared tray.
  • Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl.
  • Mix in the creamed corn, cheese, ham and onion.
  • Divide between the bread slices.
  • Place the tray at the bottom of the oven and bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
