Ingredients
- 6 slices toast bread
- 2 eggs
- 300g can creamed corn
- 3 cups grated tasty cheese
- 3 slices ham – finely diced
- 1 small onion – finely diced
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan bake).
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Arrange the bread on the prepared tray.
- Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl.
- Mix in the creamed corn, cheese, ham and onion.
- Divide between the bread slices.
- Place the tray at the bottom of the oven and bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
