Ingredients
- 45g butter
- 200g button mushrooms – thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic – crushed
- 1 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Method
- Melt the butter in a pan over a medium-high heat.
- Add the mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in the cream, stock powder, mustard and worcestershire sauce.
- Simmer for 3–4 minutes until thickened.
- Season with garlic salt and pepper.
