Overnight Banana and Blueberry Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut, almond or any type of milk you like
  • ½ banana – mashed
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup blueberries – fresh or frozen
  • A drizzle of maple syrup, to serve

Method

  • Combine the rolled oats, milk, banana, chia seeds and vanilla in a small bowl.
  • Transfer to a jar and top with the blueberries.
  • Place a lid on the jar and refrigerate overnight.
  • Drizzle with a little maple syrup to serve.
