Overnight Banana and Blueberry Oats

Make this in a jar for a wholesome breakfast on the run.

Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut, almond or any type of milk you like
- ½ banana – mashed
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup blueberries – fresh or frozen
- A drizzle of maple syrup, to serve
Method
- Combine the rolled oats, milk, banana, chia seeds and vanilla in a small bowl.
- Transfer to a jar and top with the blueberries.
- Place a lid on the jar and refrigerate overnight.
- Drizzle with a little maple syrup to serve.
