Ingredients

Spice Blend

  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 2 Teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Chicken

  • 8 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 teaspoons cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons spice blend
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped, for garnish

Method

Paprika Chicken

  • Preheat oven to 200° C(180° C fan bake). Line a roasting dish with baking paper.
  • Combine all the spice blend ingredients together in a small container and shake well. (The extra spice blend can be used to make the recipe another time).
  • Sprinkle the chicken thighs with the salt.
  • In a large bowl, add the cooking oil and 2 tablespoons of spice blend. Mix well.
  • Add the chicken to the bowl and mix well to cover it all.
  • Place the chicken on the prepared tray and cook for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve sprinkled with the chopped parsley.
