Ingredients
Spice Blend
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 2 Teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 3 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Chicken
- 8 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 teaspoons cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons spice blend
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped, for garnish
Method
Paprika Chicken
- Preheat oven to 200° C(180° C fan bake). Line a roasting dish with baking paper.
- Combine all the spice blend ingredients together in a small container and shake well. (The extra spice blend can be used to make the recipe another time).
- Sprinkle the chicken thighs with the salt.
- In a large bowl, add the cooking oil and 2 tablespoons of spice blend. Mix well.
- Add the chicken to the bowl and mix well to cover it all.
- Place the chicken on the prepared tray and cook for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve sprinkled with the chopped parsley.
