Asian style pork cutlets with a vibrant and delicious peach salsa.

Ingredients

  • 4 – 6 pork cutlets

Glaze

  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
  • 2 teaspoons chilli garlic sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Peach Salsa

  • 2 yellow peaches – diced
  • ½ red capsicum – diced
  • 1/3 cup fresh coriander - chopped
  • ¼ red onion – diced
  • 1 tablespoon chilli garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Garlic salt to taste

Method

  • Whisk all the glaze ingredients together. Place into a snap lock bag with the pork cutlets - marinate for 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • In a small bowl, mix all the peach salsa ingredients together – set aside.
  • Take the pork cutlets out of the marinade. Heat a large frying pan over a medium/high heat. Brown the pork cutlets on each side to your desired doneness.
  • Serve the pork cutlets topped with the peach salsa.
