Asian style pork cutlets with a vibrant and delicious peach salsa.
Ingredients
- 4 – 6 pork cutlets
Glaze
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- 2 teaspoons chilli garlic sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Peach Salsa
- 2 yellow peaches – diced
- ½ red capsicum – diced
- 1/3 cup fresh coriander - chopped
- ¼ red onion – diced
- 1 tablespoon chilli garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Garlic salt to taste
Method
- Whisk all the glaze ingredients together. Place into a snap lock bag with the pork cutlets - marinate for 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- In a small bowl, mix all the peach salsa ingredients together – set aside.
- Take the pork cutlets out of the marinade. Heat a large frying pan over a medium/high heat. Brown the pork cutlets on each side to your desired doneness.
- Serve the pork cutlets topped with the peach salsa.
