This makes a great dessert or even breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 cup raspberries – fresh or thawed from frozen
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup chia seeds
Method
- Blend the raspberries, milk, honey and vanilla extract together until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and add in the chia seeds.
- Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight to set.
- Before serving, remove from the refrigerator and stir well.
- Transfer to serving bowls or glasses.
