Ingredients
For the rosemary salt
- 6 large sprigs fresh rosemary
- 3 cups good-quality salt
Method
For the rosemary salt
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan bake). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Combine the rosemary leaves and salt in a food processor.
- Blitz until you have the desired texture.
- Spread onto the prepared tray and bake for 20 minutes.
- Leave to cool then scoop into glass jars.
