Make a large batch of flavoured salt to take your culinary creations to the next level or package prettily as a gift.



For the rosemary salt

  • 6 large sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 3 cups good-quality salt


For the rosemary salt

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan bake). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Combine the rosemary leaves and salt in a food processor.
  • Blitz until you have the desired texture.
  • Spread onto the prepared tray and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Leave to cool then scoop into glass jars.
