Ingredients
For the sesame noodles
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sriracha
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small red onion — diced
- 1⁄2 red capsicum — diced
- 350g ready-to-use Singapore noodles
- 1⁄3 cup salted peanuts
Method
For the sesame noodles
- Whisk the soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, sriracha, garlic powder and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onion and capsicum until soft.
- Add the noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the sauce and peanuts and stir-fry for a few minutes until well mixed.
