I make this quite often. It goes with so many different proteins and is very mouthwatering.
Ingredients
- 30g butter
- ½ red cabbage – sliced into ½ cm slices
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Method
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan.
- Add in the cabbage and sauté for 5 minutes – stirring often.
- Add in the balsamic vinegar and sugar, put the lid on the saucepan and simmer over a low heat for 10 minutes.
