Ingredients
For the Tangleby cocktail
- 200ml pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons vodka
- 2 tablespoons peach liqueur
- 1 tablespoon passionfruit syrup
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint sprigs, to garnish
Method
For the Tangleby cocktail
- Mix the pineapple juice, vodka, peach liqueur and passionfruit syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour the cocktail over the ice and garnish with mint.
