Very easy muesli slice

This is very yummy, very quick to make and full of goodness.



For the very easy muesli slice

  • 50g butter
  • ½ cup raw sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 Weetbix – crushed
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup self-rising flour
  • 1¼ cups pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup sultanas, raisins or dried cranberries


For the very easy muesli slice

  • Preheat the oven to 170°C (150°C fan bake). Line 30 x 22cm slice tin with baking paper.
  • Place the butter, sugar and honey in a small saucepan and heat, stirring, until the butter has melted, the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Set aside.
  • Combine the Weetbix, oats, flour, pumpkin seeds and dried fruit in a large bowl.
  • Add the butter mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Transfer to the prepared tin and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
  • Leave in the pan for 30 minutes to cool completely before cutting.
