Ingredients
Cowboy Butter
- 225g butter
- 4 cloves garlic - crushed
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Method
Cowboy Butter
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and cook the garlic for 1 minute.
- Whisk in the Dijon mustard and lemon juice followed by the remaining ingredients.
- Tip the mixture into a refrigerator container and cover.
- Leave to set before placing a spoonful onto cooked meats.
