Ingredients
1.5kg baby potatoes - skin on, washed
- Garlic salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Method
Garlic & Herb Roasted Potatoes
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Preheat oven to 180oC (160oC fan bake). Line a roasting tray with baking paper.
- Tip the potatoes onto the prepared tray and roast for 50 - 60 minutes or until golden brown.
