Ingredients

1.5kg baby potatoes - skin on, washed

  • Garlic salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method

Garlic & Herb Roasted Potatoes

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Preheat oven to 180oC (160oC fan bake). Line a roasting tray with baking paper.
  • Tip the potatoes onto the prepared tray and roast for 50 - 60 minutes or until golden brown.
