  • 2 cloves garlic - crushed
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger - grated
  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons each: rice vinegar, water

Method

Hoisin Glaze for Chicken, Pork or Lamb

  • Place all the ingredients into a small saucepan.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve drizzled over cooked chicken, pork or lamb.
