- 2 cloves garlic - crushed
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger - grated
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons each: rice vinegar, water
Method
Hoisin Glaze for Chicken, Pork or Lamb
- Place all the ingredients into a small saucepan.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve drizzled over cooked chicken, pork or lamb.
