Ingredients
Korean Pork Chops
- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 teaspoons fresh ginger - grated
- 2 cloves garlic - crushed
- 2 tablespoons each: sweet chilli sauce, cooking oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Method
Korean Pork Chops
- In a baking dish, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, sweet chilli sauce and sesame oil.
- Add in the pork chops and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium/high heat.
- Brown the pork chops for 2 - 3 minutes each side.
- Tip in the marinade and simmer for a few minutes or until the pork is cooked to your liking.
