M & M Cookies
- 230g butter - softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup M&Ms - plus extra for topping
Method
M & M Cookies
- Preheat the oven to 180oC (160oC fan bake). Line baking trays with baking paper.
- Cream together the butter and sugars.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time - add in the vanilla extract.
- Sift over the flour, baking soda and salt. Carefully fold in.
- Stir through the M & Ms. Roll the mixture into balls and place onto the prepared baking trays. Flatten with your hand.
- Top each cookie with a few extra M & Ms.
- Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until the cookies are golden.
