Paprika Chicken with Spinach and Thyme butter Sauce
- 750g chicken thighs - skinless and boneless
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- Garlic salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 65g butter
- 3 tablespoons fresh thyme - finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic - crushed
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 handfuls of baby spinach
Method
Paprika Chicken with Spinach and Thyme Butter Sauce
- Season the chicken with the paprika and a good sprinkle of garlic salt and pepper.
- Heat 15g butter in a large pan over a medium/high heat. Brown the chicken on each side for about 2 - 3 minutes.
- Add in the remaining 50g butter, fresh thyme and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the wine and cook for 10 minutes.
- Stir through the baby spinach and cook for 2 minutes.
