Ingredients
Sicilian Pork Chops
- 4 pork chops or cutlets
Marinade
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 4 cloves garlic - crushed
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley - finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary - finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano - finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Method
Sicilian Pork Chops
- Mix all the marinade ingredients together. Cover the pork chops well with the marinade and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat a large frying pan or bbq over a medium heat.
- Cook the chops for about 3 - 4 minutes each side.
