Ingredients
Marinade
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 1/4 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon each: paprika, black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Lamb
- 8 lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce
Method
Spicy BBQ Lamb Chops
- Combine all the marinade ingredients together and rub all over the lamb chops. Leave in the fridge for three hours.
- Take the chops out of the fridge half an hour before cooking.
- Over a medium/low heat, cook the lamb chops for 2 - 3 minutes each side.
- Brush with the barbeque sauce and serve.
