Sauce
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic - crushed
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger - grated
- Pinch chilli flakes
Stir Fry
- 6 cups prepared vegetables - cut evenly in size
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Method
Vegetable Stir Fry
- In a small bowl, whisk all the sauce ingredients together - set aside.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok over a medium heat.
- Stir fry the vegetables for about 5 minutes, or until they are tender.
- Stir in the sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
