Ingredients

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic - crushed
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger - grated
  • Pinch chilli flakes

Stir Fry

  • 6 cups prepared vegetables - cut evenly in size
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Method

Vegetable Stir Fry

  • In a small bowl, whisk all the sauce ingredients together - set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok over a medium heat.
  • Stir fry the vegetables for about 5 minutes, or until they are tender.
  • Stir in the sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
