Sweet & Sour Cabbage
- 30g butter
- 1/2 red cabbage - sliced 1/2 cm thick
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- Garlic salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
Sweet & Sour Red Cabbage
- Met the butter in a large pot over a medium heat. Add in the red cabbage and toss to coat with the butter. Sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add in the sugar and vinegar and bring to a simmer then reduce to a low heat.
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Season with garlic salt and pepper.
