Sweet & Sour Cabbage

  • 30g butter
  • 1/2 red cabbage - sliced 1/2 cm thick
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Garlic salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

Sweet & Sour Red Cabbage

  • Met the butter in a large pot over a medium heat. Add in the red cabbage and toss to coat with the butter. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  • Add in the sugar and vinegar and bring to a simmer then reduce to a low heat.
  • Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Season with garlic salt and pepper.
