Ingredients

Three Cheese & Brocolli Patties

  • 2 cups brocolli - cooked until al dente and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup tasty cheese - grated
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese - grated
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese - grated
  • 2 cloves garlic - crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon each: dried oregano, onion powder
  • Garlic salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method

Three Cheese & Brocolli Patties

  • Mix all the ingredients together and make into four patties.
  • Heat some cooking oil in a large frying pan and cook the patties over a medium heat until golden brown.
