Ingredients
Three Cheese & Brocolli Patties
- 2 cups brocolli - cooked until al dente and roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup tasty cheese - grated
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese - grated
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese - grated
- 2 cloves garlic - crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon each: dried oregano, onion powder
- Garlic salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
Three Cheese & Brocolli Patties
- Mix all the ingredients together and make into four patties.
- Heat some cooking oil in a large frying pan and cook the patties over a medium heat until golden brown.
