Ingredients
Truffle Aioli
- 2/3 cup canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 slices black truffle with 2 teaspoons truffle oil
Method
Truffle Aioli
- Place all the ingredients into an immersion blender and blend for a few seconds until you have a thick mayonnaise consistency.
