Plot Summary

Coastal Escapades: The family takes a sports car drive down to the coast for a trip to Brighton, where they navigate a busy funfair, chaos on the beach, and the famous Brighton Palace Pier.
Romantic Twists: Amidst the travel chaos, the plot features two unexpected, budding romances that catch the entire Tangleby family by surprise.

Cookbook Integration

True to the format of the series, the book spans 10 chapters and is integrated with 35 kid-friendly recipes. The culinary section bridges the two cultures by featuring a mix of classic British teatime favourites and traditional Kiwi dishes, all broken down into progressive skill levels to encourage family bonding in the kitchen.
