Welcome to the April edition of The Tangleby Recipe, Garden and Kids' Club.
We had a wonderful turnout to our annual Easter Egg Hunt. The Easter bunny managed to hide 1000 Easter eggs throughout the garden, so no one was disappointed with their collection.
Last week we finished another two-day photo shoot for the Bayley's' Real Estate charity cookbook. The photography is looking amazing and is a style that we have not done before. The recipes are my interpretation of the restaurant recipes that were used in the gala events of the charity. It is called 'Entertaining at Home' and will be launched in late July.
This month we have a lot of slow cooked meals as we gradually make our way into the cooler months. There are also some great Easter recipes and a lovely macadamia and chocolate Anzac slice.
