Ingredients

For the Chocolate Crunch Bars

  • 4 cups rice bubbles
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 1/3 cups peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil or butter

Method

For the Chocolate Crunch Bars

  • Line a baking slice tin with non-stick paper.
  • Add the rice bubbles to a large bowl.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine all the other ingredients and heat in 1-minute intervals until the chocolate is melted and the ingredients can be whisked together.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture over the rice bubbles and mix until combined.
  • Pour into the baking slice tin and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  • Remove from the tin and cut into bars.
