- 1 packet English muffins (6 muffins)
- 420g tin spaghetti
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 1⁄2 red onion — diced
- 2 rashers bacon —
diced
Method
For the English Muffin Toasties
- Place baking paper on a baking tray.
- Split the muffins and place onto the tray.
- Evenly spread the spaghetti over the muffin bases.
- Top the muffins with the grated cheese.
- Spread over the red onion and the bacon.
- Cook at 180°C (160°C fan bake) for 10–15 minutes or until golden brown.
