Ingredients
Honey Joys
- 75g butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 4 cups cornflakes
Method
Honey Joys
- Preheat oven to 180oC (160oC fan bake). Place paper cases in two 12-hole muffin pans.
- In a large pot, stir the butter, honey , and sugar over a low heat until melted.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the cornflakes.
- Divide the cornflake mixture between the paper cases.
- Bake for 8 minutes. Leave to cool.
