Mint Chocolate Chip Fudge
- 500g white chocolate - chopped
- 30g butter
- 1 x 395g can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 - 3 teaspoons mint extract
- green food colouring
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Method
Mint Chocolate Chip Fudge
- Line a 20cm x 20cm baking pan with baking paper.
- Place the white chocolate and butter into a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Stir in the condensed milk and mint extract. Add some green food colouring to achieve your desired colour.
- Let the mixture cool for a few minutes then fold in 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips.
- Pour into the lined baking pan. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips over the top and gently press into the fudge.
- Place in the fridge for 2 - 3 hours to set.
- Cut into small pieces.
