Ingredients

Mint Chocolate Chip Fudge

  • 500g white chocolate - chopped
  • 30g butter
  • 1 x 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 - 3 teaspoons mint extract
  • green food colouring
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Method

Mint Chocolate Chip Fudge

  • Line a 20cm x 20cm baking pan with baking paper.
  • Place the white chocolate and butter into a microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the condensed milk and mint extract. Add some green food colouring to achieve your desired colour.
  • Let the mixture cool for a few minutes then fold in 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips.
  • Pour into the lined baking pan. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips over the top and gently press into the fudge.
  • Place in the fridge for 2 - 3 hours to set.
  • Cut into small pieces.
