Ritz Chicken
- 700g chicken tenders
- 1 cup well-crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- pinch salt
- 1 egg
- 50g butter - melted
Method
Ritz Chicken
- Preheat oven to 190oC (170oC fan bake). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a shallow bowl, combine the ritz crackers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- In a separate bowl whisk the eggs.
- Place each chicken tender in the egg mixture and then into the cracker mixture. Place each tender on the prepared baking tray.
- Brush each tender with the melted butter.
- Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
