For the sticky sausages
- 1/4 cup runny honey
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 800g small breakfast sausages
Method
For the sticky sausages
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan bake). Line a roasting dish with tinfoil or baking paper.
- Place the honey, hoisin sauce and sesame seeds in a large bowl and mix well.
- Mix the sausages in the sauce mixture making sure they are well coated.
- Tip the sausages and sauce into the roasting dish and bake for 30–40 minutes, turning
occasionally.
- Serve with cocktail sticks or toothpicks.
