Ingredients

For the sticky sausages

  • 1/4 cup runny honey
  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 800g small breakfast sausages

Method

For the sticky sausages

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan bake). Line a roasting dish with tinfoil or baking paper.
  • Place the honey, hoisin sauce and sesame seeds in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Mix the sausages in the sauce mixture making sure they are well coated.
  • Tip the sausages and sauce into the roasting dish and bake for 30–40 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Serve with cocktail sticks or toothpicks.
