Ingredients
For the Chocolate Crunch Bars
- 4 cups rice bubbles
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 1/3 cups peanut butter
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup coconut oil or butter
Method
For the Chocolate Crunch Bars
- Line a baking slice tin with non-stick paper.
- Add the rice bubbles to a large bowl.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine all the other ingredients and heat in 1-minute intervals until the chocolate is melted and the ingredients can be whisked together.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the rice bubbles and mix until combined.
- Pour into the baking slice tin and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Remove from the tin and cut into bars.
