Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20 second bursts, stirring between every burst until melted and smooth.
Using a teaspoon, gently pour a small amount of chocolate into each muffin case then sprinkle over the hundreds and thousands until the chocolate is completely covered.
Place the tray in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
