Chocolate Freckles

  • 110g milk chocolate or dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup hundreds and thousands sprinkles

Method

Chocolate Freckles

  • Place 12 muffin cases into a muffin tray.
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20 second bursts, stirring between every burst until melted and smooth.
  • Using a teaspoon, gently pour a small amount of chocolate into each muffin case then sprinkle over the hundreds and thousands until the chocolate is completely covered.
  • Place the tray in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
