Intro for January

Intro for January

Welcome to the January edition of The Tangleby Recipe, Garden and Kids' Club, and happy New Year.

Well, Christmas has come and gone, and it is now time to enjoy the family and make those New Years resolutions. I have added in an article on this wonderful habit we have of starting out a new year with hope, ambition and serious goals. I hope you enjoy it.

The harissa chicken recipe this month is outstanding and is one of my recipe trials for the Bayley's Real Estate charity book I am writing. The cream cheese spaghetti is naughty but nice and my go to when a pasta moment is required. You can top this with cooked prawns, chicken or almost anything you like to make a complete meal. I quite often stir through baby spinach just so I feel like I have added some healthy component!

The kids' recipes this month are stand out too. These are not just for the kids!

The floral crown in the kids' paper crafts is a fun activity to do with those wee girls in your life over the school holidays.

It is looking like another busy year here at Tangleby, especially March. We have two, two-day photo shoots and our much-anticipated Easter Egg Hunt. All Club Members have a free invitation for your family., Tickets are available for anyone else when you spend $25 on any Tangleby Gardens product. This buys one ticket. This year we are having it on Saturday 28th March starting at 11.30. We are capping the numbers at 150. There will be 1,000 Easter eggs in the garden followed by a sausage sizzle, salads and an ice cream station. There is also an oversized bouncy castle this year for the kids to enjoy. Hope you can make it?

Happy cooking, gardening, crafting and being the best person, you can be!
