Honey ginger chicken

What You'll Need:

For the Honey Ginger sauce:

  • 1 Tablespoon finely grated ginger

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1/4 Cup honey

  • 1/3 Cup low sodium soy sauce

  • 3 Tablespoon tomato sauce

  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

For the Stir-fry:

  • 700g boneless, skinless chicken breast

  • 2 Tablespoon cornflour

Serve with:

  • 1 head of broccoli

  • White rice

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, combine the sauce ingredients and whisk well

  • Dice chicken into cubes

  • In a separate bowl, toss the chicken in cornflour until evenly coated

  • In a large pan, heat 3 Tbsp of oil

  • Add the chicken to the pan one piece at a time, ensuring they don’t stick to each other

  • Once the chicken is cooked, pour in the sauce and cook on low-medium heat until thickened

Serve with rice and steamed broccoli
