What You'll Need:
For the Honey Ginger sauce:

1 Tablespoon finely grated ginger

2 cloves garlic

1/4 Cup honey

1/3 Cup low sodium soy sauce

3 Tablespoon tomato sauce

2 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon sesame seeds
For the Stir-fry:

700g boneless, skinless chicken breast

2 Tablespoon cornflour
Serve with:

1 head of broccoli

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine the sauce ingredients and whisk well

Dice chicken into cubes

In a separate bowl, toss the chicken in cornflour until evenly coated

In a large pan, heat 3 Tbsp of oil

Add the chicken to the pan one piece at a time, ensuring they don’t stick to each other
-
Once the chicken is cooked, pour in the sauce and cook on low-medium heat until thickened
Serve with rice and steamed broccoli
