What You'll Need:
For the Pudding:

Microwave safe mug

3 Tablespoons plain flour

3 Tablespoons sugar

1 ½ Tablespoons cocoa powder

½ teaspoon baking powder

3 Tablespoons milk

2 ½ Tablespoons melted butter or oil

½ teaspoon vanilla essence
For the sauce:

1 ½ Tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon cocoa powder

3 Tablespoons boiling water
Instructions:

In a microwave safe mug, combine the flour, sugar and the pudding measurement of cocoa powder

Next, add in the milk, oil and vanilla and mix thoroughly – ensure there is no flour left in the bottom
-
For the sauce - Sprinkle the brown sugar and cocoa powder over the mixture

Pour the hot water on top of the brown sugar and cocoa
-
Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds
Serve with ice cream
